ExchangesTo be eligible for an exchange or refund, please note the following conditions:
* The product must be in its original, new condition, unworn, and with the original ODDY ticket attached.
* All requests must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

* Items without the ODDY  ticket and/or requests submitted after 3 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• The item is in its original condition and in its original packaging, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
 • Exchanges are allowed depending on availability.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
 • Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by YOU (customer) not the brand.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item of the same value
Discounted & Sale Items
* Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale/offer period can be exchanged only tor:
* A different size, color, or design of the same item, or
* An item within the same product category,
subject to availability.
* We do not reserve items or delay exchanges for upcoming restocks.
* Refunds for discounted or on-sale items are accepted; however, the refunded amount will be issued as oddy  store credit only.
* Buy X Get Y Promotions:
Items from "Buy X Get Y" offers cannot be refunded individually. To receive a refund, all items in the order must be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items
* If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund (based on your preference), provided the request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Processing & Availability
* All exchanges and refunds are subject to a processing period of 10 to 15 days.
* Exchanges are subject to item availability.
* If the requested item is unavailable, you may:
* Exchange it for another item, or
* Receive store credit valid for 3 months on your oddy store account.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable or refundable
• Have been worn
• Have makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains

Returns
We will arrange collection of returned items at your convenience.
A collection fee will apply.
The fee will be confirmed during the return process and deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Shipping fees also apply to exchanges 

REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected in oddy warehouse 
Refund Methods
Card Payments: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via:
 • Bank Transfer
 • InstaPay
 •  Smart Wallet
Transaction Fees
•  A 3% online transaction fee will be deducted from refunds for orders paid via Credit/Debit Card.
The exchange shipping fee must be paid upon receipt of the exchanged item.
All applicable shipping fees will be communicated during the process.
