    You may open the package and inspect the quality and fit of the item while the courier is at your door before accepting the order.

    Once the order is accepted and received, refunds are not available.
    However, exchanges are allowed for size or color only within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that:

    •All original tags are attached
    •The item is in its original condition

    We offer free shipping on all orders across Egypt, under the following delivery guidelines:

    •Cairo & Giza: within 48 hours
    •All other governorates: within 3 to 5 business days
    Same-Day / Express Delivery
    If you require faster delivery, extra fees will apply in addition to the order total:
    •Cairo & Giza:
    Same-day delivery available with an extra fee of 200 EGP
    •Other governorates:
    Express delivery within a minimum of 2 days with an extra fee of 300 EGP
