Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
• Exchanges are accepted within 72 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• The item is in its original condition and in its original packaging, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Exchanges are allowed for size or colour only, depending on availability.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by YOU (customer) not the brand.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item of the same value
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange request, please use the Exchange/Return
Simply submit your request through the portal within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will then guide you through the next steps, including cancellation scheduling and applicable shipping fees.
Requests submitted outside the 72-hour window will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item:
Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

The exchange shipping fee must be paid upon receipt of the exchanged item.
